How do we book a shoot?

Send an inquiry with your dates, crew size and what you want to shoot. We’ll get back to you with availability and a quote.

Can we use the lifts and cars in the shot?

Yes, by arrangement. Our staff run the lifts. Tell us what you have in mind in your inquiry.

Do we need permits or insurance?

Productions are responsible for any required film permits and their own crew insurance. Some shoots require a certificate of insurance, and we’ll let you know before we confirm.

Can we come see it first?

Absolutely. Book a free tour and scout the space before you commit.

950 77th Ave in East Oakland, at the back of the long alleyway. Right off I-880 and close to Coliseum BART. Coming from SF →
